Voluntary Withdrawal: If the CLIENT voluntarily withdraws the application after submission.
Adverse Decisions: Refunds will not be granted due to unfavorable rulings, rejections, or determinations made by government authorities, immigration offices, or regulatory bodies.
Delays Beyond Our Control: Procedural delays, bureaucratic inefficiencies, or systemic issues within government processing systems do not qualify for refunds.
Client Non-Compliance: Failure to submit required documents, provide accurate information, or meet statutory obligations within stipulated timelines voids refund eligibility.
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, the CLIENT must:
Submit a formal written request via email.
Provide all necessary details, including the original invoice and service agreement.
Complete and sign the refund authorization form (if applicable).
Once submitted, our team will review the request and respond within 5 working days with further instructions.
Final Note
By engaging our services, the CLIENT acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy. Pristine Documents Clearing Services reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice.
